Its location is ideal, with close proximity to Stanford University and Sand Hill Road, which is the home of the venture capital community. It is also conveniently located between two international airports and jet centers. Many of the most successful high-tech companies such as Apple Computer, Google, Hewlett Packard, and Facebook have located their headquarters in Silicon Valley.
The Peninsula is only 30 minutes from San Francisco and about 1.5 hours away from Napa Valley and Pebble Beach. Many of our residents enjoy the summer and winter activities in Lake Tahoe, which is only 4 hours away.
